Maurice spent so much of his time working with us and he ended up finding such a good deal for her that not only did we leave the store with my moms new phone, but I also had to take him up on the deal and I was able to upgrade my already newer phone AND my tablet. He has an extraordinary personality and was really helpful. Definitely the best experience we’ve ever had with an employee at any Verizon store in the 15 years that my mom and I have been customers. Please keep him forever!

The locker didn't work then they improperly applied the protector so that there aas hair under it. Didn't find out until driving half an hour away to Anderson and turning on the phone. The 1 mistake of an associate here wasted nearly an hour of my time because the stores are busy everywhere.
