I bought an iPhone a couple days ago online and they were so rude when I went to pick up my order. I didn’t catch the name of the person who “helped” me but the customer service here is really lacking. For being a true corporate store, they really need to learn how to help customers when they have a question. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

Maurice spent so much of his time working with us and he ended up finding such a good deal for her that not only did we leave the store with my moms new phone, but I also had to take him up on the deal and I was able to upgrade my already newer phone AND my tablet. He has an extraordinary personality and was really helpful. Definitely the best experience we’ve ever had with an employee at any Verizon store in the 15 years that my mom and I have been customers. Please keep him forever!
