    Disappointed by Condescending Service and Unfulfilled Promises I recently visited my local Verizon store to return a trade-in phone within the 30-day window. My goal was simply to charge it briefly so I could turn it on, wipe it, and hand it over. Unfortunately, the experience I had was extremely disappointing. When I asked an employee named Eric for help with the wireless charger, he immediately dismissed my request in a condescending tone, stating that charging the phone there could cause it to explode or become a fire hazard. While I understand the need for caution, the way he spoke to me was belittling and unnecessary. After leaving the store, I found another technician who easily helped me charge and wipe the phone in minutes. When I returned to the store, I asked for the manager, David, to address the issue. Although David acknowledged the problem, he didn’t seem genuinely concerned. To make matters worse, the store did not honor the full trade-in credit I was promised, leaving me to follow up with Verizon myself to resolve it. In short, this store visit turned into a frustrating ordeal. I hope Verizon addresses the lack of professionalism and honors the terms they promise their customers.

    Josh was super friendly and extremely helpful with switching over from my mom’s plan to my own. He answered all my questions and made sure I left with everything completely taken care of. He turned a boring errand into a pleasant experience!!

    Amazing customer service but Eric L really went above and beyond!! He explained all the plans, phone types and costs, helped me picking the right plan and helped me with all the issues we faced with my credit 😅 I got a really nice phone fully activated and he even gave me some cool recommendations around Muncie area. He is truly the best!!

    Would give this a zero if I could. The associate that helped me made me feel like the stupidest person on this earth was super rude and didn’t even solve my problem for me. It was a minor issue. Will never be going to this Verizon again.

    Would give a zero if I could. Just went there tonight to get two new phones. I guess because my hair is gray, I am stupid! I was met by the most rude man. I said I didn’t want to change my plan and just wanted to get two new phones that didn’t cost and arm and leg. He proceeded to tell me that I had to change my plan and they didn’t have to do anything I wanted, I just had to do what they wanted or else. And that they could take my plan away that I have had for 20+ years anytime he wanted and there was nothing I could do about it and they could double my bill anytime they wanted! No matter what I said he just had a rude response and said I couldn’t get that. He said my 20 year plan didn’t mean anything, because he has been there for 13 years and he knows way more than me! Wow just wow, I’ll be looking for a new company! *****Update: Seems they have the same sad canned answer for all of the bad reviews.
