She reluctantly took over the support call we were on with the Verizon support team. She hung up on her own support team after less than two minutes and called them worthless. After not even doing the bare minimum she told us there was nothing they could do and nothing the support team could do. (Mind you we were only trying to reactivate an existing Verizon number with a fully paid bill on a Verizon account that had a business discount). Thankfully her employee Connor had much better customer service and he called support back to try to help get the device activated. TL:DR - if you want good service and empathy ask for Connor.
