The last call came in on my cell phone showing my banks name and correct customer service # so I answered it. It was not my bank... it was a sophisticated scam to take over my bank account. Angel had one of the Engineers call me at the store and help me figure out my plan.I found out from Verizon Tech Engineers that the scammers are using servers to change their number to the banks number. I'm using a call filter to try and stop them. Thanks Angel!!!
