- BHBrayden HeaterNov 7, 20251.0Went in to trade our iPhone 14 for the new 17 and everything got screwed up because the new guy messed something up with our account with our Apple Watch and phone and the manager instead of helping him just let him sit their in figure it out and we ended up having two make two trips and got told we would get a call back to solve the issue for the ticket he created and never heard back after calling twice. Very poor service and Nelson was supposed to call me two days in a row and never did
