Just found out I've been paying more than $5 a month for cloud storage that I've never used or known about hundreds and hundreds of dollars down the drain unrecoverable. 400+ over years
Watch out for the add-ons when you buy a new phone they'll put anything they can on that bill to make a buck. And there's nothing you can do about it

I went in with every intention of upgrading to a newer I phone, because my iPhone 8 would not update any further. I had an offer a couple months ago from Verizon for a trade in upgrade but I never took advantage of it. They only had one version of the iPhone 17? ($800 plus dollars)And one version of the iPhone 16.? ($600 plus dollars) But they had a Pixel 10 at $3 more per month. I took the Pixel 10 and didn't like it from the start but thought I'd give it a try. I've had it for a couple of weeks and I hate it. It's touch screen is terrible. It does not recognize fingerprint I.D. It gets old having to type in login and password over and over. I hate it

Was in the store last week to transfer some lines off of my plan and the gentleman said it would be best to wait until the end of my billing cycle. Went back in yesterday and there was different people working. Caiden refused to help me in store stating they are not allowed to do that. I informed him I was there last week and they were going to do it but advised to wait. He said no they aren’t allowed. I drove to the Cleves, Ohio location and Maddie there was more than helpful. She was able to get it all taken care of for me IN THE STORE.

I had a great experience my phone locked up by the time I got to the store the battery had died. And I knew I was in need of a new phone and the woman that helped me. She was the greatest so sweet. She gave me all different pricing and I made the decision as to which one I wanted. She said everything up I came back in an hour, and I was ready to go.
