So while mom worked on that I went and got what I needed to fix my phone. It looked hopeless but he said he was determined. After nearly falling asleep at his desk my mom whacked me in the arm and there was the stuck part of my stylus. Thanks Ezra

Verizon takes it off but then they put it back on. I have had to waste so much of my time trying to get this fixed. And if you dare to act annoyed, they will do everything in their power to waste more of your time by sending you to the wrong employees to get it fixed, putting you on hold or hours at a time. The employees for this company are shifting cons.
