Not willing to work with customers on problems, and completely unprofessional. When I bought my new phone, there was a promotion for a trade in, which they used to sell me a new phone at a higher price than I initially wanted. After the phone arrived, my phone had a security malfunction and I was told I’d need to come back. They never told me how long I had and I figured I had a reasonable amount of time. I came back six weeks later when my work schedule calmed down and was told that the could not honor the trade in value. There was nothing they could do, nor would they try to help me in any way. They never made a phone call to check in. They never did anything to support their customer and then pulled the rug out on me. Stay away.

He showed what good customer service is and upgraded me . He was polite and very responsive to any questions I had. Zach did an amazing job making me feel like a valued customer and kept me with this company forever. Zach deserves to be recognized for his leadership and dedication to the company . I am thankful for him and genuinely appreciate the person he is!
