    We came in to check if we could upgrade. We can't quite yet, but we did have to make a return trip and spend an hour on the phone with support because one of your associates removed a discount we had in place. He made sure to laugh about it while we were in store the second time, too. We will not be renewing our contract. We don't need to give you $170+ every month for your employees to jack up our bill and laugh about it. Do better.

    I am a long term Verizon customer but once my contract is up I am done! We activated new phones at the store and were told the bill would be 415/month. It was for one month. All subsequent months 445. Not to mention the wait was ridiculous for someone to help us! Do better by people and be honest!

    Went in to trade in and upgrade my sons phone today. Checked online first to make sure before I drove all the way there and it was an option to trade in. No damage to the phone they said unless I paid it off today (6months left) it wasn't an option then asked if someone on the plan took the upgrade? Not possible it's only my husband and 2 teens on the plan none of us have new phones. I said no he said sorry cant help you today unless you pay it off. Had my husband call verizon and they said he should have done the trade in. The representative on the phone said they would call but none of the stores would answer today because iphone 16 launched yesterday and it was a tough weekend. I feel for them I didnt realize it had dropped yesterday but its unprofessional to straight up lie. I live out of town and dont have a lot of opportunities through the week to get to the store before close. I guess we'll be ordering online from now on.
