    I went to pick up an item that was delivered there and the manager wouldn't let me have it. He never asked to see my ID but I gave them all the information I needed to give to show that I ordered this item. I had to call and cancel the item. Even the people online couldn't understand why the manager wouldn't give it to me.

    Sold me an ultra 2 and they can't even get the cellular connected to my biz plan . Been trying for weeks with no result . I am extremely close to contacting the news station or blowing my brains out inside the lobby of the mass av location . Call customer support and spending weeks on hold to get no results . Then possibly someone will actually give 2 cents about me .

    It was horrible. I needed help paying my bill & was told by customer service while in the store I could pay w/ cash or gift card. I didn’t have cash & chose to purchase a gift card the manager came out & refused to sell me a gift card. First stating that I wasn’t allowed to buy a gift to pay my bill. I told him that’s false bc that’s the option I was just given. He then changed it to, he’s not going to ALLOW me to purchase a gift card bc they don’t get paid commission off gift cards. So I then asked if what he was saying was that I can’t purchase a gift card bc he won’t personally get paid. Next he accused me of being a scammer & trying to make “fraudulent activity” I showed him my ID w/ my name & my card w/ my name & that the name on the account was also my name. He told me that I could walk to another store & find an ATM. I have a handicap sticker, I can’t walk long distances nor fastly & it was close to closing. I asked to speak to a manager & he said he was. I asked him to call who was above him & he said that he’s not gna do that just so I can get someone else to “go above him”. Finally I expressed my worries of not making it to the store & back in time & that that was wrong. Today is the last day that I can pay & when I told him I would just try to make it & be right back he told me I couldn’t come back & I asked him if that was bc I was going to prove him wrong & in fact come back w/ cash & actually not be scamming. He walked me to the door.He called me these things & accused me of these things & discriminated against me in front of other employees & customers & it was very embarrassing .

    Get consistently bad service around mapleton fall creek area. Verizon acknowledged that cell tower is overcrowded with no plans to fix it
