    We upgraded most of our family's phones due to the age of them and they took great care to get our new phones setup and all messages transfered before we left. Despite it taking a little longer than most would expect at a store, not due to the staff, but due to the massive amount of data to transfer, it was a great experience. Justin D was our rep and I would highly recommend this location to handle your next upgrade, transfer of service or even billing questions. We were there long enough to witness them helping customers with all of these issues.

    I went to pick up an item that was delivered there and the manager wouldn't let me have it. He never asked to see my ID but I gave them all the information I needed to give to show that I ordered this item. I had to call and cancel the item. Even the people online couldn't understand why the manager wouldn't give it to me.

    Sold me an ultra 2 and they can't even get the cellular connected to my biz plan . Been trying for weeks with no result . I am extremely close to contacting the news station or blowing my brains out inside the lobby of the mass av location . Call customer support and spending weeks on hold to get no results . Then possibly someone will actually give 2 cents about me .
