As soon as you install a TOTAL JUNK WIRELESS eSIM it disables the setting to choose what band of service you are connected to, which is very important to people who work in areas with poor 5G coverage. This has left my phone stuck in 4G mode and now I can't use mobile data. I have spent over 3 hours on tech support trying to fix this to no avail. I tried to visit the store during normal business hours last month and there was nobody there. Now I'm being told I can't transfer my number and have a refund at the same time, I'm beyond livid and will never recommend this service. They tried to call me back so I could speak to a supervisor and even with 3 bars of 4G I couldn't answer the call!
