When I asked about basic details they couldn't answer other than to say I would have to buy the phone to be allowed to look at the information on it (specifically info on Ram, saying there were three types but could not tell me if the one they were trying to sell me was 6, 8, or 12 GB). I ended up leaving and visiting another location where the employee could easily access that information on their computer. I would not return to this location in the future.
