I put the wrong information into paying down on some credit cards. Granted I live in New Jersey, the Elements had your local office reach out to me, and they assigned a wonderful lady. Her name is Robin Morrison, she not only helped me cancel the two transactions but was able to help me resend them out appropriately over the phone, and cleared up my problem immediately. You got a great team there at Elements. I also have my car known with you all. Kudos to a great team, and please give Robin a raise!
