    Terrible experience, went in to upgrade 3 phones as I was eligible & activation fee was being waived as a promo. I specifically told the sales rep I did NOT want any changes to my account just a new phones. He threw in all these ‘upgrades & internet promotions’ supposedly only increasing my monthly bill by $5/mo but had to pay $550 at checkout? - checked my account online the following day my monthly bill had doubled & I had 2 internet boxes now charged to my account. Went into the store to discuss, store manager blew me off & said I would have to come back to discuss with the employee who helped me…. Seriously?! Spent 2 additional hours on the phone with Verizon customer service, thank goodness she was helpful & able to get my account back to the original plan, however all the ‘free perks’ I was getting weren’t in fact free & i was being charged for streaming subscriptions that I was never told about. I had to cancel all of those out. Highly recommend NOT dealing with this specific Verizon store
