    I worked with Tyler at the beginning of the month. He was welcoming, patient, and easy to work with. He was genuine and answered all my questions. He was able to help me with my iPhone, “no sim” issue. Directed me on upgrading my phone as I was due and had a heavy credit upon trade in. He helped with the transfer of my data, took 30 minutes, that’s not on him just be prepared to wait a second. He also helped with the trade in process. I would go back.
