- BHBrian HenchOct 28, 20252.0Fine when it works. A nightmare to get fixed when it breaks. 4+ weeks for someone to come out. Can’t fix yourself because of proprietary components. Complete lack of support online, by phone, or in store (even visiting the store requires an appointment days out). Atrocious. Fortunately, we have only had a couple of issues in 12+ years at two houses. But when we have an issue, it should not take a month to resolve. Is very frustrating that there is no way to self service when their technicians are scheduled 4+ weeks in advance. After having an invisible fence for over a decade, we are used to having the dog stay in his yard. Layer on a couple of teenage kids and + friends going in and out, & it is hard to retrain everyone to make sure the dog stays inside. It has been a couple weeks waiting for service; we have had our dog slip out 3-4 times in the last couple weeks, and unfortunately, they have not stayed in the yard. We are on a busy road; luckily the dog has been ok & thanks to Apple air tags and a phone number on his collar, we have been able to get him back.

A huge shout out their amazing employee Molly, who was absolutely incredible throughout the entire dog training process. When we first started, I was feeling overwhelmed trying to manage a very energetic puppy, but Molly changed everything. Molly is such a wealth of information! She was very patient and compassionate with both my dog and with me as a new puppy owner. Her training guidance was clear, consistent, and incredibly effective. Because of Molly‘s training talent, my puppy and I work well together. My puppy now happily knows the perimeter and boundaries of her yard. Molly has made a huge impression not only with my dog, but with my life! I’m beyond grateful for her expertise and dedication. Invisible Fence is a wonderful impactful system for training your dog!
