    One of your stores shut off the wrong line on our account!! I have tried to reach out several times and 15 days later, I still have issues with the transaction! I am currently on hold with Wireless Zone for over 30 minutes! Fantastic Customer Service!

    We are a 27 year customer of Verizon (5-6 lines) and generally satisfied. Wireless Zone/Round Room (WZ) Verizon authorized service has been so bad I may end up changing cell carriers. We were very dissatisfied with our local NJ WZ service in January and the 3 follow ups with them. I contacted the WZ HQ in Indiana through their website form to get help with the problem. After 18 emails back and forth with corporate, I was still being pushed back to an unhelpful local, and was refused any help from HQ. When I asked for some sort of communication from CEO Eric Moorehead, I was told by Amanda at HQ that the NJ franchise store "is not owned by Mr. Moorehead". Talk about tone deaf!!! Over the years I've dealt with Disney, PNC, IBM about local unresolved issues. Every one had executive offices contact me and helped correct the problem. Mr. Moorehead is just too busy with other ventures to talk to a WZ customer? I did have one gentleman contact me and offer some help. But even as of today NJ WZ has still not reversed charges relating to a January 7 transaction that was cancelled. And none of those folks on the executive web page of Wireless Zone/Round Room has reached out to me.

    My elderly parents went into Wireless Zone in Yorktown Heights (store E5451) to ask a question. They left with a number of insurance policies for products they didn't have. The individuals who did this (Employee P057392). Made a significant commission on this fraudulent action. This has been reported to the Carmel Police and Verizon. People might want to avoid companies where salespeople are incentivized to commit fraud.
