In my opinion come in the store this evening to pay my phone bill and employees would rather help people buying products than those that are still needing help. There’s four employees running around the store, two of them were just standing around talking until somebody else come in. It is absolutely ridiculous.

Any time you come here it is a slow painful burn. Edit: Bonus ! 45 minutes here just to find out that I have to call Verizon to cancel and can’t do it in store lmao
