The most unfortunate part of this is that I was out of town when this happened. I went into Verizon and was greeted ever so friendly and enthusiastically by Jackson. He was amazing, very personable and made me feel comfortable and confident that he could help me. Not only was I able to get a new working phone, he was able to restore all of my apps although things were initially looking bleak. Jackson was awesome and he explained everything to me thoroughly and in laymen's terms. The camaraderie amongst he and his colleagues let me know they truly love what they do there and it is manifested by the output of their service to customers. I highly recommend this Verizon store and I highly recommend Jackson as your service provider!
