I had just canceled my Verizon mobile service & moved to another provider just a few days ago. Instead of just saying thanks, she provided SUPERIOR customer service by helping me with a billing issue. She took the time necessary (which ended up being a good 15 min) to find out a correct method of contact to resolve my issue. This is what customer service should look like. I felt like I went back in time when people actually listened and helped. Too bad I'm not closer to that store. She'd be a good reason for me to reconsider moving back to Verizon at a later date. She took my phone, deleted something in the settings and told me I will have to contact support. I have been on hold for 2 hours. The situation was simple if she knew how to do her job. The girl on the line instantly knew what to do and was baffled the women in the store with the braces did what she did and it made it more difficult for her to help me over the phone but she still handled it.
