    Stopped in to buy a charging cord. Nobody greeted me so I wandered over to look for myself, found what I wanted and needed to pay. 2 more customers had arrived. One employee was sitting with 2 customers, after 5 minutes another employee appeared and went straight to the 2 people who came in after me, who were not interested in buying. I stood and waited for an employee...too long. I left without purchasing. I will go elsewhere to buy a cord. I have been with Verizon for 20+ years.

    If you want a Worst costumer service come at this Avon store all the employees are always rude and never want to help you They always trying to send to different store I don’t recommend ever come to this store this is worst Verizon store if any corporate office reading this review then make sure those people help to costumer and get some manners

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. I always try to see the positive, but there was absolutely nothing positive about my experience at this Verizon branch. After switching providers, customer service instructed me to drop off my equipment at my nearest Verizon store and said they could also help with my final bill. When I arrived, the employees told me they couldnt give me my final bill and they couldn’t take the equipment and that I had to go to UPS instead. I called customer service again for my final bill and they said they would mail it to me. I waited 10 days and did not receive my bill in the mail. Again, i called custer service and told me to just go to a Verizon store and speak to someone else, because they are able to print out my final bill. When I returned to request my final bill, something customer service said the store could easily provide, they again refused to help, this time with noticeable attitude and no effort to assist. I called Verizon customer service once more, and the agent stayed on the phone with my husband and I while we drove back to the store. He confirmed that the branch was capable of helping and asked to be put on speaker. Even then, the employees continued to push back until the agent insisted they do their job. They eventually helped, but only because the agent intervened, and they did so reluctantly and with poor attitude. It’s frustrating and disappointing that the only person willing to help was the customer service agent on the phone, not the employees at this branch. Their lack of professionalism, care, and basic customer service was truly unacceptable.

    Terrible service, GM not helpful and rather rude. If I didn't have to get my phone switched over, I never would have come. Still don't have my phone transferred as they require 5 step verification, and the store that was supposed to be able to help me (this one) can't/won't. Offering no support and no options. Basically SOL. Horrible service, horrible time and horrible company. Never should have switched.
