Spent hours on the phone with Verizon and even though I have insurance they are giving me a complete run around about replacing the device. Verizon sucks

Associates & Mgr Braxton tells you one thing & then changes policies the next day. Store associate orders the wrong phone. Not our error but they want us to handle it & refused to take back the phone. Spent hours on the phone with customer service to get the phone returned. I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for years! This store needs some training to say the least. Buyers beware!!
