Place looks nice but horrible experience. Just skip this place and save your time, money and mental peace. Very rude, very unprofessional. I'll never recommend them.

If you love your animals, I would HIGHLY suggest finding a second opinion. When our dog was mauled by a neighbor’s dog, my wife was frantic and obviously the first place available we were taking him to. Unfortunately, this animal hospital plays off of emotion. They told us it would be around $2000 to open up the wounds and make sure nothing internally was damaged. After they did that, they said The jugular and carotid were intact and not punctured, but supposedly his jaw had a chip towards the back from the altercation. So then they charge us for x-rays on top. But the results come with bad news as they cannot see if the entire jaw is fractured by x-ray, and we need to transfer him to Carmel VCA where they have a CT machine. The vet proceeded to tell us that they are backed up for weeks over there but there is a back door option that we could take him there Sunday night and him stay overnight( another $1-2k for the overnight stay not including the scans) And they would be able to see him first thing Monday morning. Anybody with the brain cell would know that sounds fishy. They also told us his ear was infected and to treat him for it then. We opted out of Scheduling for a CT scan, but they treated his ear as we were already there. They had a follow up appointment, which I figured was for the lacerations but wrongly so it was for his ear. Today was the appointment and they said it could be infected still and wanted to charge an additional $165. Why would you charge twice for the same infected ear if you already treated it the first time? I have heard negative things about it before, but everyone has different personal experiences and we were frantic to make sure our boy stayed with us.

Had to take our pet Cecil in for end of life procedure. Staff & Vet are professional, compassionate and we are very grateful for the way they handled everything.

Was here a year ago and had an absolutely terrible experience Dr was awful, impatient, uncaring and seemed irritated to be there. Came back in recently with a new puppy only because I could get in so quickly. I don't like how they remove your pet from the room to do the exam but Dr Goad was great. She was very thorough. More so than any other exam I've ever had. She explained everything to me. They originally gave me a quote that wasn't do able at the time so they changed the medication to another one which was cheaper so I could actually get it that day. Everyone was friendly, I didn't feel rushed and I didn't feel like they just wanted my money.
