- JKJiho KahngOct 14, 20251.0The sales representatives here (Adam and Mahmoud and others) are nice and respectful BUT they are incompetent and lack integrity, just like the other sales reps in most big carrier companies. We went to them for an issue of overcharging "error" at the Bolingbrook corporate location, and they seemed to sympathize and be on our side. However, when we decided to add two lines for a promotion, that promotion was not at all reflected on our bill. Came out to be $295 for 4 lines!!! They later said oh, this has happened with other customers and they were credited back later. What? Unprofessional and lacks basic integrity. If you knew that, you should have disclosed that information, not wait for it to happen. This is not okay. Also keep in mind that these "promotions" that seem to be a great deal is not actually in your favor at all. If you actually see the fine print and calculate how much they charge you for hidden fees and "mandatory fees," you're actually spending more over that period than if you didn't take the promotion at all. BeWARE. Stay SKEPTICAL and INFORMED. Just because they are nice does not mean they don’t have tricks up their sleeves. Also, they seem to not fully understand how to navigate the system, so it could just be that they are not well trained.
