    I had an emergency today due to my phone not making or receiving calls. I had stopped in to the Glenn Ellyn store and was not able to get the help needed and was directly to visit the Danada location in Wheaton. I explained my situation to Chris and he immediately understood my problem. He took the time to make a call to the Business team and stayed by my side the entire time waiting patiently with me while customer service fixed my issue. I am so grateful to Chris for his professional and patience.

    We had a very troubling experience with this store that I feel obligated to share as a warning to others. My daughter purchased a new phone and brought in her old phone after she performed the full deletion and factory reset. Shortly after, her debit and credit card accounts began to experience repeated fraud—even after cards were deactivated and replaced. After extensive investigation with the bank, we discovered that her old phone that was turned in at the store was still listed as an active device accessing her bank and credit card apps. This access continued after the supposed factory reset and was directly tied to the timing of returning the phone to the Verizon store at this location. Despite her performing a full delete and factory reset herself with confirmation from the store employee, unauthorized access persisted. I am not making any accusations about a specific individual but the fact pattern strongly suggests that the reset was undone and the device continued to access her accounts after it was returned. This resulted in significant financial stress, time spent working with fraud departments, as well as very real concerns about personal data security. I would strongly advise anyone using this store to: - personally verify a factory reset before leaving -immediately change all passwords -check the active devices on all of your accounts This was an extremely unsettling experience and I would not feel comfortable trusting this location with sensitive personal data again.

    This store is awful. I was helped today by a woman employee that I have had several bad experiences with over the years. She told me they would not give me a discount, so she could not help me. I wasn’t even asking for a deal, I just needed a new phone. She told me to go to apple. Do not go to this store, you will not get the help you need.

    Worst customer service ever!! Rep couldn't be bothered to discuss promotions and when we said xfinity offered us a better plan than what we currently have with Verizon she made some racist comment about Michael Jacson. Will transfer now to another provider after 20 years with Verizon.

    Went to the Wheaton Verizon store get help with a phone that stopped working; assuming it was the battery. Had limited time during lunch, but when I walked in I was quickly approached by Dorian. I had zero wait time. Dorian explained the various options/promotions to get a new phone vs working with a third party for a battery replacement. I walked out with a new phone in less than an hour with no additional cost to my plan. Could have not gone any better. Appreciate your help today Dorian!
