She told me they would not give me a discount, so she could not help me. I wasn’t even asking for a deal, I just needed a new phone. She told me to go to apple. Do not go to this store, you will not get the help you need.

Had limited time during lunch, but when I walked in I was quickly approached by Dorian. I had zero wait time. Dorian explained the various options/promotions to get a new phone vs working with a third party for a battery replacement. I walked out with a new phone in less than an hour with no additional cost to my plan. Could have not gone any better. Appreciate your help today Dorian!

Proceeded to tell me that I was rude when I asked him to explain anyway. When I suggested, Mike asked me to leave and pointed to the door. All this with Jose the Verizon manager looking on. My 15 year relationship with Verizon will end when my contract is up this month. Customer service is important Mike and Jose. Maybe your boss doesn’t care how you operate but you represent poorly.
