Rude, unprofessional and cannot answer basic questions or solve problems. Also very overpriced and doesn’t appreciate loyal customers .

My senior cat suddenly and quickly declined the weekend after thanksgiving and my normal vet sort of coldly handled the situation with us. At this point it was a Saturday late morning and we went to the emergency vet the night before already and was just hoping to see a normal vet office before going to emergency again. I called them, told them my situation and they said come in now. This was the 10th vet I called that morning and I can't begin to describe the relief they gave me through the process. I had taken my senior cat to a new vet every time we moved (4 vets in 3 years) and this vet, that has not seen my cat ever, took her in like she was their own personal cat. I feel like I forgot there are places that really will care for your animal like it was their own. This vet is the definition of that. From the second I called until my cat crossed the rainbow bridge, they gave me the same support as a best friend or family member.
