    Hated this store! 0 customer service skills I had a guy named Omar “help” me. In the store because For two weeks prior to this, I had a no iPhone 17 Pro Max that I was getting built for even though I was never able to port out my number. Well, I came in the store and Omar Ask, what do I need help with? I tell him that I need help supporting on my number. I gave him the details. He calls customer service, and the lady on the line was way more helpful than he was. She was walking him through the steps But he was not paying attention. He was on his phone, using his translator to translate a conversation between him and someone else. When the lady on the customer service line, I love you how is everything going? We would just say yeah it’s fine and all he had to do was turn the phone off. He was not turning the phone off. It was falling on the steps. He was just on his phone acting like I wasn’t even there But then I stepped in with a customer service representative that was on the phone and I told her that the phone is still on, so I took my phone back and I turned it off as she said Then Omar took the phone back and went back on his phone to translating a conversation he was having with someone else. This is extremely unprofessional. I was there two hours. Really the people that helped me out with the people that were on the phone not the store representative. I just had to go in to show my ID. It seems like it’s part of the bureaucratic process. He kept giving the information over the following correctly. I had to correct them a few times I even took over and had to do this myself on the phone by myself even though he was there. The manager came over a few times just ask how everything was going at some point they all went into the back and all the customers were left at the front by themselves.. Finally, once everything was done, it’s almost 3 hours later. I just wanna get out of there considering that I’ve been on the phone with customer service for two weeks before this trying to activate my line. I ask when is my due date I could not tell me. I asked him if I could change it if I needed to he said I should’ve asked that to the lady on the phone.. And I said what do you mean you can’t help me with that he said no. So it really seems like the story is worthless. They can’t help you with anything. They always call customer service and then specifically Omar does not even follow those instructions at the customer service representative is providing. It’s just on his phone literally translating a conversation he’s having with someone. He’s not even invested in what’s going on with the lines again he had no part in helping me out. I think Michelle who was on the phone with Moore and myself. She was the one that actually helped me out a ton!! I highly suggest that you guys look into Omar and provide him with some additional training because there’s absolutely no way that there was zero professionalism going on I expect better from Verizon. I’m highly disappointed.

    I don’t know what it was about the day I have went to this location, but they treated me like I was not there and people that did not have an appointments got seen over and over and over again and I had an appointment I got there 2 1/2 hours before my time of my appointment people came in with no appointment and got seen is terrible horribly and it upsets me because this is the closest one to my house and I have to go back to this location cause it’s easier for me to get there. Service is a hot mess.

    Associate forced me to talk with the manager when I was browsing and minding my own business and also saw i was doing a survey on my phone not related to him just the Samsung products to gain more knowledge into Samsung products and proceeded to tell me to leave when I was browsing. Never recommending Verizon to anyone. The manager Dane was very rude and will be calling the corporate number to file a formal complaint. Hopefully the people in the store got treated with more respect than me. I would give this place a zero out of ten. *Edit* I am not a Verizon customer nor will I ever be. And the fact that you think I would take up this claim internally in the store is outrageously funny. I am already on contact with Corporate for Verizon. Do not attempt to rectify this on the store end as your customer service in person spoke for itself for your unfriendly customer service. This review will be here as a reminder to all to not go to this location.
