Verizon customer service sent me two replacement watches and we're not very knowledgeable in setting up my watch. Their quick solution was two send me a replacement rather than trying to diagnose the problem. Verizon customer service set up an appointment for me at the Verizon corporate store in South Elgin, but they weren't familiar with Google watches. I decided to stop at the store where I purchased the watch and spoke to Tyler who was able to fix the issue with my watch battery draining in four to five hours. He fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. He is very knowledgeable, patient and customer oriented. That's more than I can say for Verizon customer service and the corporate store in South Elgin.
