    I turned my phone off to reboot and when I turned it back on, the screen showed a bunch of gibberish. I took it into the Verizon store and the young man took one look at it and said he had no idea what was wrong and that I had broke it. He told me I had to take it to the Geek Squad or call customer service....hard to do with no phone. He was unwilling to help me. I took it over to Geek Squad and the fella there fixed it for me in less than 30 seconds at no charge. Evidently my phone had an update overnight and something happened. He pushed the button to reboot and voila, phone fixed. Thanks Geek Squad !!! Evidently if your not buying at Verizon, they do not want to help. I heard this same story from someone else in line at Geek Squad. I have been a Verizon customer 30+ years and their customer service had gone WAAAYYY DOWN! Someone needs to take a look at this!

    Tech was wonderful. Amer weathered a 30 minute call to ATT and persisted. I would recommend him any time

    I asked for a receipt and was advised they will bill you. Then was told he couldn't transfer info from one phone to the other , I was advised to take the Best Buy and they would transfer and they wanted $ 40.00 to transfer. Very poor 😢 cust service.
