The men working this store were very nice and helpful, the only problem was the wait I had to indure because the people on the other end of the phone that they had to deal with in order to switch my phone. 3 hours was a bit much.

Tl:DR All I needed was a simple SIM adapter and no one at this store was willing/able to help me. Go out of your way to the Batavia store instead.
Horrible customer service from what I have to assume is the manager of this store by his 'my house' attitude. Went in to get a copy of my SIM for a new (to me) phone and I started talking with an employee that was trying to be helpful, when someone else walked over and started talking over him to ask what kind of phone I'd gotten, then loudly declared that the phone I'd just bought was told old (it's an S5 that I know works on the network already) and that he would not help me get it working on their (read MY) network. I walked out without a word, drove down the street to the shop in Batavia and was quickly helped, not talked down to, and out of the store in less than 5 mins with my new phone working wonderfully, all at no charge none the less!
