The worst store!! No customer service sense whatsoever by any employees including the so called manager of this store! Was falsely sold on the home internet and was told I would be charged $0 if returned and canceled within the first month and this was complete opposite of what happened. Ended up paying even though I canceled in 10 days of getting this “free” home internet trial for 30 days! Brittany the manager would not help even though she was the one that gave me this when I had gone in for my hotspot device help. Not only that, now that I am trying to pause/cancel my hotspot line since I only use it for summer months, they would not help doing that either even though I was told by David at the store to come in and do that and they would be able to help. All they do now is send me to a customer service number which wants to charge $10 to help cancel! Are you even for real? Brittany and this dude who attended to me today, laugh at me like they think this is a joke! These people shouldn’t even be in customer service let alone be managers! Would never get services from verizon because of these guys and the experience on these two instances

The men working this store were very nice and helpful, the only problem was the wait I had to indure because the people on the other end of the phone that they had to deal with in order to switch my phone. 3 hours was a bit much.
