    Keishonda was amazing. We had a few billing issues and she took the time to make sure everything was resolved. She was personable, patient, and very knowledgeable. If you need help with Verizon she is the person!

    Keishonda was great to work with helping to get our bill figured out so that everything is working correctly. We followed here to the Roscoe location in order work with someone we trust.

    I stopped by the new Roscoe Verizon store on Rockton Ave. to have a VERY difficult problem with Verizon corrected. Keishonda greeted me in a very FRIIENDLY manner. She made several phone calls and worked through my problems with Verizon. I entered the store very upset, but left the store with a smile and a thankful Christmas feeling. Verizon needs MORE employees like Keishonda. Solid 5 stars for Keishonda!

    I’ve been thinking about switching to Verizon forever but was always intimidated by the process. Josh helped us and made everything so much easier than I ever imagined. We seamlessly transferred carriers, upgraded my phone, added a line, and even added an iPad, all in one visit! The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and honestly way better than I expected. I already feel so much more confident knowing I won’t be dropping calls or worrying about not having service anymore. Josh even helped us cut down on subscriptions like Netflix, which was such an unexpected bonus. Thank you so much, Josh, for all your help. You turned something I was truly dreading into a great experience!
