    Two reps at store very happy to smile and say they can’t assist, nothing they can do to help recent former customer. This after several different 800# Verizon reps advised the ONLY way to get help is visit a corporate store. This is one of a hundred reasons we left Verizon. Customer service ONLY exists in their sales department and then ZERO support! Never again. AT&T much better and cheaper family rates.

    Jose at the Oswego location has been the worse Verizon employee. We went there a month ago and he didn't help with what we needed only said to 'call customer service but they don't work on the weekends. We would have to wait till Monday, we don't handle that type of issues.' We went to another employee and he called customer service and took care of our concerns. No thanks to Jose who claims to be the manager. Today We went to the store to discuss our bill so he can explain to us the extra charges on the bill and he was very rude not professional at all. He Printed out the bill and I told him that it's not adding up, and he would not explained I said to him I've added the numbers, It does not add up. I must be stupid or something. Can you please explain?. he just said it's there just read the lines I can't baby you and explain everything . We asked for someone else and he said no. He would not take the time to sit and show us the charges when we're literally adding the numbers on the bill with the calculator and I'm showing him look the numbers don't add up. Why did we get charged what we got charged, and he refused to help or explain anything. Verizon needs get a better manager. What type of customer service is this when you let your customers walk away not satisfy with no answers. Joseph needs to be better. Be more professional. Know how to explain bills to customers concerns. Not just hand them a paper. People like him are the reason why two of us canceled our plan with Verizon.

    Tyler was absolutely wonderful to work with! My husband and I visited the Verizon store on Tuesday, and he went above and beyond to help us. He was incredibly patient, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and knowledgeable—thank you, Tyler, for making the whole process so easy and enjoyable!

    Brought in Apple Watches to activate - he did. But would not assist me to further setup unless I paid $30 for each device. No one in the store - 3 other associates on their phones. What’s the point of a Verizon store for help? No help whatsoever. Call Verizon from your home and they will help you.

    Go here to pay my cell phone bill via their kiosk, it doesn't charge me a fee to pay by credit card. But their website does. When I call and ask why their customer service has no explanation why this changed on my account and have no idea how to fix/remove it. Verizon.... expensive service, customer service reps have no ability to fix problems, lucky for them their service is better than their competition so far. When that changes they will be in a bad way.
