the manager and staff here are very prompt and responsive. helped me solve activation issue and stayed with me until the very end. it was crowded and i could see them multitasking between customers. even though they were busy, and running around, they helped me out the best way they can. i recommend making appointment prior to coming as it was packed.

We usually have a good experience at Verizon stores but our experience here was terrible. We came in to pick up a new iPhone and then trade in an old one. The assistant manager, Sam, explicitly told us it was the policy that we could only trade in the old phone after 24 hours and that we had to leave the store to activate our new phone unless we wanted to pay the $30 fee for an associate to help us with the procedure. So we left but were so confused because we’d never heard of these rules. We came back later with a question about our trade in and asked another associate about what Sam told us. She said that what he said wasn’t true and told us we could activate our new phone and then trade in the old one in store, as long as we did that all on our own. After getting everything done, we mentioned to Sam that what he told us was unhelpful and even wrong and he was defensive and unapologetic. He insisted he was right and didn’t want to take the feedback even though we wasted hours of our time because of what he told us. We’re never coming back to this store ever again and we’ll advise others we know not to come here.

This store should be shutdown. The staff there is rude and lie to people to get them into to new phones. Proceed with caution at this location. Very unprofessional and will take advantage of you if you are not up to date with all Verizon is offering.
