He helped my whole family in a difficult transition from another carrier. Even though I am out of town, he patiently talked through the process and seriously went over the top! Hands down best customer service I had in a cellular store after 30 years on a different provider.

Then I went back to exchange the phone and he tried telling me I needed the same color phone and he stated that they didn’t have it so I asked him if he could look at other store. I asked him if Orland had it and he told me no and here Orland had seven.

Went home and ordered the phone. It was ready to pickup the next day. Went back and was helped by Juan. He was helpful to get my new phone setup and data transfered. Easy setup and on my way. Couldn't have been easier.
