Been here for over an hour while they call to get it fixed. Now my phone works but my son's phone doesn't. Now we are being charged for our phones but the promotion said free phone. They couldn't do much locally. They had to call someone to walk them through everything. These guys are just kids who don't know much more than I do. Maybe they should just give me the number to call & eliminate the middle guy!
