- JKJennifer KaupOct 31, 20255.0I had an extremely awful accident that happened, rushed my kitten in there. Never been there, BUT everyone that works in that office was truly amazing!!! Truly amazing!! I can’t say that enough. When I got the ashes back, it was beautiful box and kitten paw print, packaged up beautifully. Within a couple of days receiving the ashes, I got a card that sighed by everyone with personalized messages and more paw prints. I would definitely recommend this vet to anyone that will listen I will be switching over to this vet for my dog!! I would personally like to say thank you to everyone that turned this awful situation into something special for myself and my kids THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!!

- SBSue BradleyMay 27, 20251.0I was too upset after my puppy's appointment to write a review, but now, two years later, I'm still angry about it - so here it is. My husband and I took our new English Bull Terrier puppy there for his first check up. Before the vet even acknowledged our puppy, he was trying to get us to purchase the prescription/health plan. When he finally examined him, the vet told us that his puppy teeth were growing in badly and that we should return him to the breeder. He said, if we didn't, he'd need a lot of expensive dental surgery (he recommended someone) but that it'd be better if we gave him up. He was very clear about his dislike of "bully breeds" (our insurance would go up, they're prone to biting, he said). We left brokenhearted. A week later, we took him to a different practice. They said he was perfectly fine. Two years later, we still have a happy, healthy dog. Not only would I not recommend this practice, I would actively discourage anyone thinking about it.
