    I find this location unpleasant, unhelpful, and not worth visiting. I visited this location this past weekend to drop off two old phones that I traded in to another Verizon location for a promo. This is a Verizon store. I was told I could drop my phones in here. When I arrived I was told the phones I was trading in were only eligible for $200 trade-in value, instead of the $1100 promo value I agreed to. Luckily I took my phones back to the original location in New York that I purchased the phones from. When I arrived at the NYC location they told me the Verizon corporate store could have easily done a “Promo Correction” instead of telling me there was nothing they could do. I can’t understand why these people would not just try to be helpful instead of letting me get cheated out of the full trade-in value of my phones. These employees should be aware of Verizon’s promotions and processes. Instead of being helpful, they chose to tell me I would get very little for my trade-in. I only trade in my phone once every four years, but thanks to Verizon it is almost always a painful and unpleasant experience.

    Janeli was fabulous. I went into the store already frustrated because of an issue with an online purchase. She completely took care of everything in store and helped me get through working with Verizon’s online/phone team(which is brutal). Bilal who I believe is the manager was amazing too. He made sure everything was going smoothly and that I got the deals promised to me online. Highly recommend going to work with these two in person vs doing an online transaction. They made it easy.

    My experience with woman in glasses was terrible. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me there's no one to speak to besides her. When I asked to have another person assist me, she kept interjecting and preventing any assistance that didnt come from her. I'd avoid this location. I haven't had a similar experience at any nearby Verizon stores (I'd recommend Lincoln Square, their team is fantastic). There's also a T-Mobile in the mall across the street.

    Lol do not go here. I walk in with an order confirmation via email and they not only refused fo produce my order, but stated a manager canceled it. Any inquiry was met by the female "manager" as if it were a personal indictment on her integrity. She remained unprofessional, combative, and sneering for the duration of my visit, to.the point where I even tried to ask for a more enjoyable.consumer experience. I attempted to call customer service to diagnose and remediate the lapse in communication to come to a quick and satisfactory solution (which she refused to do), at which point she became so paranoid that I was recorecording her that I had to hang up the phone and prove to her that that wasn't the case. She proceeded to kick me out under the guise that my confusion and bewilderment was personal disrespect toward her. Her parting comment? A mocking "enjoy not having a phone" Managers are supposed to work with customers to solve inquires. She didn't care because the order was placed via customer service and not with one of her store employees, per her own words. Also, please respond with how.to.esclate complaints to the proper channels to ensure other customers do not encounter individuals like this in lieu of "we strive for better"

    Vittorio was amazing! Greeted me warmly with a smile on his face. He was extremely knowledgable. I went in to update two phone lines, iPhone 7 Plus to an iPhone 17 and an iPhone 15 Pro Max to an iPhone 17 Pro Max. However, I was stuck between a 17 and 17 Pro Max at first. He helped me realize that I truly did need the 17 Pro Max. Not only did he process the upgrades, he looked over my account and found me the best possible deals/offers available to me. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 10+ years, I’ve always had a good experience and yet Vittorio made it even better. I was in and out in less than an hour. My upgraded phones will be at my doorstep in a couple days, I’ll bring my old ones back to Vittorio. He even said he could help me put on screen protectors for my new phones if I brought them with me. He was amazing and I’ll definitely be looking for him again at this Verizon location. 100/10 customer experience, 100/10 personality. Verizon is lucky to have him.
