    The store associate gave us wrong info on an order so my wife and I went back to the store to get it straightened out and we've been waiting for 20min and put our name down only to have other customers get helped before us that had no appointment. Absolute joke. I was told just to go ahead and cancel my order.

    Walked in and was not greeted the first time, stood waiting for 5-7 minutes. Left and returned 20 minutes later to be ignored once more, before speaking up to an associate. A terrible experience, I am now thinking that i should change carriers. Terrible performance by staff.

    I cannot give this store a better rating! They helped my mother and me go thru each and every step. Itzel was so diligent and extremely helpful. I didn't get the managers names but as soon as a problem arose, the managers jumped right in ready to help. Having worked in retail myself, this crowd of amazing workers is extremely hard to find! I will recommend everyone i know to switch to Verizon and come to this awesome crew! Thank you all a million times for your patience and hardwork!!!!!!!!
