Walked in and was not greeted the first time, stood waiting for 5-7 minutes. Left and returned 20 minutes later to be ignored once more, before speaking up to an associate. A terrible experience, I am now thinking that i should change carriers. Terrible performance by staff.

I cannot give this store a better rating! They helped my mother and me go thru each and every step. Itzel was so diligent and extremely helpful. I didn't get the managers names but as soon as a problem arose, the managers jumped right in ready to help. Having worked in retail myself, this crowd of amazing workers is extremely hard to find! I will recommend everyone i know to switch to Verizon and come to this awesome crew! Thank you all a million times for your patience and hardwork!!!!!!!!

Avoid this store at all costs! They had me wait 35 minutes just to tell me they don’t have the phone I need they’re lucky I didn’t curse someone out!
