- JTJason Thomas4 days ago1.0Went in to upgrade. One sales person was very rude and trashed talked the LITH location the entire time I was there. Women said they had the color iPhones we wanted, but after bringing them out said they were all sold. Instead brought out the correct color, but more expensive phones. Started to set them up, and when I said I didn’t want the more expensive phones rolled her eyes and said pick a different color phone. Also when I looked at my bill the following week I found that she added device protection even after I specified not to, also added Verizon cloud after I specified not to. Canceling them wasted about 45 min of my time on the phone w corporate. Neither phone was able to be activated in store, I was told to take them home and do it. Also found out later that the device setup charges, $80, and almost $200 in taxes I paid would not have been charged if I’d gone to a corporate location (LITH for example). Overall terrible experience.
