- MKMichael KoenigAug 6, 20255.0Dr. Orzyp and her team are phenomenal. We have two fur baby dogs and they adore Dr. O! One of our dogs we adopted from a local rescue and had some major health issues. Dr. O made us feel relaxed and said we will get this all figured out and we did! Her bedside manner is incredible. Never thought we’d say this but we look forward to coming in and seeing Dr. O and her team!
- DWDonald WorthJun 22, 20251.0Very bad we only went for the yearly shots but they told us it was a ear infection but we never had any signs of it so they gave us antibiotics and did nothing to the dog except made him sick never before he had signs of being sick but we brought him back again and another over 800 dollars they said he needed more antibiotics but later that month my dog died for not seeing what the dog had poor inspection of my dog and they keep calling us for the money but my dog is dead ! No concerns about it so please for the person that looks at the reviews please don't give me a sad story your sorry just save it I don't want to hear that I miss my dog so much but what do you care about is only you wanted was the MONEY !!
- DDDavidJun 8, 20251.0BEWARE! I brought my dog to this place several times with ear issues and they only gave antibiotics and ear drops, which never worked. We kept bringing him back and they kept charging $700- $800 each visit. They're very unprofessional at diagnosing problems. My poor dog that wasn't even that old, ended up dying a few months later, as he was very POORLY DIAGNOSED. I ended up taking my dog to a PROFESSIONAL VET CLINIC, where he was diagnosed with brain tumors. NOTHING TO DO WITH AN EAR INFECTION AS TOLD. If he were PROPERLY DIAGNOSED he would've lived but it was too late because of this so called VCA Cairo animal hospital. Shame on them, they were only nice until you paid them! My dog did not deserve any of this, I miss him dearly.
