Though there are locations closer to me, I have been a customer at the Roosevelt Road/Glen Ellyn Verizon location for ten years and counting simply because of the fantastic service they offer. Most recently, Vivek stayed with me two full hours after the posted closing time, to make sure this senior citizen would not have to spend a long and nervous night without a working phone. I know of no other retail establishment anywhere, that cares enough about their customers to go so far above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
