Anthony went above and beyond to help me upgrade my phone and transfer to a new account, and Jay was also great during the intial steps of transferring to a new account after getting married. Highly recommend this store.

While I realize these call center folks are certainly trained to answer some questions this was something I wanted to check with Anthony. I found the 'inquiring' very off putting
