- IRImy RekDec 9, 20251.0I was treated very poorly by one of your employees. They manipulated my account and caused several issues. I ordered a phone and paid the down payment. We agreed on a final price, but when I came to pick it up, the employee told me that the phone had been sold and that I had to pay more than the agreed amount and wait another week to receive it. She blamed another employee for selling “my” phone. This was not the only problem. They also made changes to my account without my permission and charged me for a line that I had already requested to be canceled. Today, when I went to ask why money had been taken from my bank account, the employee started yelling at me and refused to listen. When I insisted on understanding what happened, she threatened to call the police on me. This situation is unacceptable, unprofessional, and extremely stressful. I am requesting a full investigation, a refund of any unauthorized charges, and action taken regarding the employees involved.
