After several hours on the phone with customer service & no resolution, I went into the store for help. Manny & Beatrice went above and beyond to help me and were ultimately able to resolve the issue. I am SO appreciative for their excellent customer service! THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH!!! Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I'm glad to be a Verizon customer.

Customer service is definitely her strongsuit, and I will not be going anywhere else! Most times going to a phone store is equivilant to being dragged to Guantanimo Bay, Meagan R made it literally the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying anything.
