My mom tried explaining how what she was seeing on the Verizon app wasn’t adding up to what the salesman was telling us. When asked why was it different he said it’s corporate not being on the same page as them and it wasn’t their fault. I would also like to mentioned that I’m not the account holder and he still allowed me to sign off. I did not take an pictures but looking at the other reviews the man who helped me is the same gentleman in the photos along with the manager.
