I couldn’t believe how kind and patient he was. & with Muhammad’s knowledge & assistance, he made sure everything was good to go at the end of the day. Thank you both! & we will always come back to this location and recommend to our family & friends.

Every visit has taken me more than two hours, which is completely unacceptable. What’s even more frustrating is that they rely on ChatGPT to answer customers’ questions, but they clearly have no real knowledge about Verizon’s products or services. This shows a serious lack of training and professionalism. I truly hope Verizon improves the quality of service and provides proper training for their staff at this location
