After roaming around for a minute, I politely interrupted one of the representatives to ask if I needed an appointment or to check in, and they said no and someone would be with me shortly. I waited 25 minutes for someone to come up and ask what I needed. I told them I needed to return home internet equipment, and they said that because they are a retailer they cannot accept the equipment. I would have to go to a Verizon corporate or a UPS store. There was no apology for the inconvenience or for the lack of customer service in general. Although this policy would have been disappointing either way, I wouldn't have been so annoyed if someone would have just greeted me and asked what I needed so I didn't have to sit there and waste 25 minutes of my day.
