Needs either an entirely new staff or to close down completely.

Someone else walked into the store and he put my phone down and said they (phone customer service) can help me and walked away. I just left and when I left I didn’t receive a good bye or an inquire if my problem was solved. Came back to give feedback about my experience and he was scrolling on the iPad as I was addressing him. Super dismissive my The manager Bill’s response was nonchalant and body language said so as well. I was provoked with nonchalance but was told about cursing because I said they didn’t give a damn. Then had the nerve to give me a patronizing “have a good day as I left” I will do everything I can to take this as far as possible. Unacceptable.
