  Where to start so last week Saturday I went into this particular cricket store location to purchase a phone for my daughter I will say that the sales Consultants seem to be pretty Pleasant however the young lady that I take to be the store manager had somewhat of an attitude not very professional as I was talking to the salesperson she kind of just sat there fidgeting with her phone I thought she was a patron I didn't think that she was even affiliated with the store until I start trying to figure out why all the good deals were being offered to customers coming from a different company she chimed in and that's when I realized that she actually work for the store so I end up getting an iPhone the sales consultant explained to the what I think is store manager we're going to call her the store manager that's the case was too small for the phone the store manager insisted that the case was okay she's the professional not me purchased the phone purchased the case one day later the phone fell the screen cracked but the phone was not damaged because it did have a screen protector but now the case is damaged I get in contact with Cricket customer service via text which I have proof they told me that I would have to go back into the store I go into the store and I was advised that I should have bought a better case for the iPhone two things can exist at once I was depending on the store professionals to guide me in the direction of the phone case now because there's a problem with the case I am being told that I should have picked a better case when this is the case that they offer to me she had a very nasty attitude seem like she didn't want to be bothered with me but I can't be surprised because she didn't seem like she had a great attitude last week very unprofessional considering that she's sitting playing on her phone while customers are in the store but on this visit she just seems to be so very annoyed like she has so many other things to do outside helping me She called her manager and the way it was explaining to him I probably would have been annoyed as well making it seem like I just want something for free no I can take an even exchange or I was willing to take a store credit he offered that but she didn't even want to do that long story short is it wasn't a pleasant experience won't be going back again I'm sure they can care less but I wanted to State my grievances very unprofessional for a retailer that sells certain items to tell me that I picked the wrong item when they suggested the item to me what sense does that make I don't work at Cricket for a living they do so they should know what cases go with what but of course once we made the sale and so close to $700 worth of merchandise who cares not cool again this message probably won't make a difference to anybody but it makes me feel good to let people know about the Shady business and the unprofessionalism how you going to sit and play on your phone when customers coming to a store and then act like you don't want to be bothered on your job nobody forced you to take the job you took the job and then you act like you don't want to be bothered On another note I guess I get what I pay for Cricket it's actually one of the cheapest companies that I can think of so you get decent service but you deal with nasty customer service go figure they'll never have to see my face in that store again I'm definitely going to keep the cheap service for now why not but I definitely don't have to patronize such a nasty attitude having store and a sad part is the young lady even mentioned that she can see how it could have been a problem because the case was too small and the store manager Cut Her Off and wouldn't allow her to finish saying that and when she tried to sell me the case last week she said that she didn't think that the case fit the phone and the lady still sold the case trying to make a sale so the more of the story for this store is is sales over service The Honorable thing would have been to respect the fact that you guys sold me a case that was too small
