    I don’t give 5 stars, because nothing is perfect. But I will say we’ve had nothing but GREAT service from this place. Changing, upgrading, or switching carriers is never a smooth process. But saying this, Colby and Jordan made OUR process much easier. We had multiple problems in changing phones, carriers, etc, but with the help of these two guys, it made our process much easier. I have no reservations about going back in the future and asking for help.

    Don’t go here they don’t know what they’re doing and they’ll just mess up all your phones .. what an absolute mess .

    Jeremiah and his team are absolutely amazing! Phenomenal customer service, friendly, personable, willingness to answer all of my questions, and making sure I was 100% satisfied before I left. Highly recommend them to everyone!

    For being brand new store, one would expect top notch customer service. Well that didn't happen!. I went in to pick up a new phone that I ordered thru Verizon website. This was a totally new type of phone for me, different brand with many new features. I asked the salesman how to set it up/transfer info from old to new. Thinking he would open the box up and physically show me, he did not. All he told me was to go online and download an app! Mind you I was the only person in the store. Really? Then I asked him about pricing on accessories and I was shocked how expensive they were listed at. Granted all those products have been marked up extremely high, which I told him. I believe he got offended due to my comment and the fact I did not purchase the item. He also failed to inform me that the new phone DID NOT come with a wall plug in charger! All it came with was the charging cable. Why he did not tell me this important information is beyond my comprehension! Poor customer service is the only answer or lack of training. Oh well, Amazon here I come.
